• 3.1 Data provided by the user

The compilation and sending of forms (web forms) on Drone Inspection Service sites involves the collection of the data entered by the user (name, surname, email, telephone, request for information), aimed at providing the information requested by the user, via email or telephone contact.

Sending e-mail messages to the addresses indicated on our sites involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, and any other personal data included in the message or attached therein (name, surname, company and role, curriculum vitae attached to collaboration proposals).

The signing of service contracts involves the registration of the data necessary for the provision of the same (name, surname, address, telephone, email, company, corporate role; both referring to the contract holder and to other company contacts interested in the provision and service management).

The personal data indicated above are processed exclusively for the purpose of responding to information requests, guaranteeing the supply, management and billing of contracted services, acquiring contacts with potential customers, sending informative newsletters.

No personal data acquired in the manner indicated above is communicated or disclosed to third parties.

• 3.2 Navigation data

The computer systems underlying the operation of the website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected for the purpose of being associated with identified subjects, but which by their very nature could, through processing and matching with information held by third parties, allow the identification of users.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the identifiers (URI) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's computer environment. These data are used only to keep track of the traffic developed by the site, to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. Such data could also be used, exclusively upon request by judicial authorities and in accordance with the laws in force, for the detection of Cybercrime.

 

4. Place and methods of treatment

The personal data acquired through the site in question are processed (stored) on servers at the Drone Inspection Service SRLS headquarters. Their processing is handled exclusively by the company's technical staff, explicitly in charge (of the purposes) of the processing indicated above.

No personal data is communicated to third parties or transferred outside the Italian territory.

Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

 

5. Retention period of personal data

The personal data provided voluntarily by the user, in the cases and with the detailed contents in par. 3.1, are kept, for service update notifications and any marketing communications, until the interested party explicitly requests their cancellation.

Customer data is kept for a maximum period of 10 years from the termination of contracts.

The automatically collected navigation data are kept for a period of six months, and subsequently processed, for statistical purposes, in ways that no longer allow personal identification. However, longer retention periods may be imposed by the laws in force on security and crime detection.

 

6. Minors

Drone Inspection Service SRLS does not provide services to minors under the age of 16, and does not store personal data of minors. If you believe that personal data has been provided to us by or relating to minors, you can contact us at the references indicated below for the exercise of your rights, and we will delete them.

 

7. Exercise of rights regarding the protection of personal data

The subjects to whom personal data refer have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of such data from us, to know its content, origin, purpose and methods of treatment, to verify its accuracy and request its updating or rectification.
