ISO 9001
DRONE INSPECTION SERVICE’s policy focuses on customer through the realization and sustenance of a management system compliant with ISO 9001 standard on the theme of “Designing and provision of analysis, inspection, monitoring and Georeferenced 3D reconstruction services, both in critical and non-critical environment, through the usage of unmanned systems (drones)” (DNV – n.10000465948-MSC-ACCREDIA-ITA).
The international ISO 9001:2015 standard establishes requirements for the realization of a quality management system within an organized company (business organization) in order to improve the effectiveness and the efficiency of industrial processes and the quality of the final product/service to obtain maximum customer satisfaction.
Particularly, in our start-up, customer satisfaction is pursued through constant verification and updating steps based on an agile approach in order to improve the service provided by close cooperation with customer.
Level II Thermographic Certification

Our technicians are qualified to perform non-destructive thermographic tests in industrial, civil and electric contexts (RINA Certification) and interpret their results based on specific standards (IEC 62446-3, UNI EN ISO 9712:202). Nowadays thermographic inspections performed on electrical systems are pivotal to request the reduction of INAIL prize according to OT 23, for CTU, for energy efficiency analysis on photovoltaic plants and for energetic classification of buildings.

Environmental protection and sustainable development
We believe in, and contribute to, the transition of the world economic system towards a green one and, in the future, to a blue economy. To put in place such a transition, we are daily engaged in developing alternative, more energy-efficient technologies with reduced environmental impact to spare raw materials. Our core business directly favors photovoltaic and wind industries to produce alternative and accessible energies. Furtherly, we are committed to using a single instrumentation with electric engines and ur offices have been paperless for years, therefore doing without printed paper whenever the law doesn’t request it.

Every day, we are committed to favor and optimize the processes of digitization and automation in our customers’ industrial procedures and in public administrations. All our documents are digitalized and accessible to our customers from any device. We also believe in the simplification of processes, always trying, in a kaizen perspective, to make our internal procedures and protocols more efficient and simpler, if possible.
